1. Service Warranty

Tango Technologies S de R.L. de CV. guarantees its services for a period of 24 months from the project delivery date. During this time, any adjustments or corrections due to errors or malfunctioning of the delivered service will be addressed at no additional cost.

2. Additional Services

Any service not described in the original project scope will be charged additionally according to the current general rate of Tango Technologies S de R.L. de C.V.

3. Project Cancellation

If the client decides to cancel the project before its completion for reasons not attributable to Tango Technologies S de R.L. de C.V., no refunds will be made for the deposit or the payments made for project progress.

4. Rights over the Code and Intellectual Property

Payment for applications and developments grants the client the right to use the code indefinitely. However, the intellectual property of the code belongs to Tango Technologies S de R.L. de C.V.

5. Responsibility for Data Loss

Tango Technologies S de R.L. de C.V. is not responsible for the loss of client data or information due to the use of third-party applications. In the event of data loss, if a backup is available, a fee will be applied for its restoration, provided that the loss is not the responsibility of Tango Technologies S de R.L. de C.V.
